General Guidelines
By renting a vehicle from Prime Supercars Rental LLC, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure safety, transparency, and a premium rental experience for all customers.

1. Rental Period and Vehicle Return

1.1 Rental Duration
Vehicles are available for daily, weekly, or longer-term rentals, as agreed at the time of booking. The hirer must return the vehicle on the specified date and time mentioned in the rental agreement. Any extension of the rental period must be requested and approved in advance by Prime Supercars Rental LLC.

1.2 Early Returns
No refunds will be provided for early returns unless otherwise agreed upon by Prime Supercars Rental LLC.

1.3 Late Returns
Late returns without prior approval may result in additional charges. Extended delays may be charged as an additional rental day.

2. Fuel Policy
All vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply.

3. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
Only drivers registered in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Vehicles must be used responsibly and strictly for lawful purposes. Off-road driving, drifting, racing, or reckless driving is prohibited and may result in penalties up to AED 50,000 and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

4. Mileage Allowance
All rentals include a daily mileage allowance of 250 kilometers. Excess mileage will be charged at AED 20 per additional kilometer.

5. Insurance and Liability
Basic insurance is included. In case of accident, damage, or theft, the hirer must inform Prime Supercars Rental LLC immediately and obtain a valid police report.

6. Security Deposit and Payments

A security deposit may be required depending on the selected vehicle.
Some vehicles are offered with a refundable security deposit, while selected vehicles are available with no security deposit.

Where applicable, the refundable security deposit is AED 5,000 and can be provided via cash, cryptocurrency, or Credit Card / Debit Card authorisation.

Any applicable deposit will be refunded within 28 days after vehicle return, subject to clearance of traffic fines, Salik charges, damages, or other outstanding liabilities.

7. Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. A cleaning fee of AED 1,500 will apply if violated.

8. Salik, Traffic Violations, and Fines
All Salik, traffic, and parking fines during the rental period are the hirer’s responsibility.

9. Driver Eligibility
Minimum driver age is 25 years. Drivers must hold a valid UAE or internationally accepted driving license.

10. Valid Driving Lisence
The driver must hold a valid driving licence with a minimum validity of 6 months.
Accepted licences include a GCC Driving Licence or a valid International Driving Licence, depending on nationality.

11. Passport / Emirates ID

• UAE residents must submit a copy of a valid Emirates ID.
• Tourists must submit a copy of a valid passport.

12. Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.

13. Legal Compliance
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

14. Modifications
Prime Supercars Rental LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
